Looking to better showcase their specialist capabilities and reposition themselves as a leader in their industry, Williams & Hill required a revitalisation of their digital presence.
Williams & Hill have a unique and innovative offering. On top of tailored transport, shipping and warehouse services, they provide the understanding, trust and care that owners of fine art and antiques regard as invaluable.
Yet, their existing digital presence didn’t reflect these values. In order to capture the real essence of what Williams & Hill stand for we needed to tell their story in a way that would recapture, relate and reassure their customers.
We started with a complete brand identity overhaul – updating their logo, refreshing their colour palette, and rejuvenating their typography and photography styles. This new look complimented Williams & Hill’s values, setting the brand apart against its competitors in the industry.
By revamping their tone of voice we were able to add a human touch to what would otherwise have been very business-focused narratives. This helped to further emphasise the personalised nature of Williams & Hill’s services.
The new responsive platform clearly segments the brand’s content to provide easy access points into the site, whilst offering customers insights into the company’s specialist capabilities.
