Working with Housework to build a home for the parties people never want to forget – cutting through the noise of a crowded marketplace to give them credibility and authority in the house music world.

Our holistic approach to branding and communications, across multiple platforms, helped to reinforce Housework’s unique proposition, and enabled us to tell the real story of this challenger brand, showcasing the values behind it and its innovative approach to clubland. Already, within its first year, Housework has grown and developed a solid following, with renowned global DJ’s actively approaching them to play their parties - a sure sign of doing it right.

We put the audience front and centre on communications, using galleries and video footage to shine a light on the brand’s ‘rave family’ values. This allowed us to connect with the audience on an emotional and rational level, nurturing purchase intent and encouraging them to explore the world of Housework for themselves.

We defined Housework’s brand language – producing a playbook as reference for staff, DJs and promoters, and developed house styles to support each event’s individual characteristics and identity.

As well as a brand new hub for communications, we put in place a cross-channel social and CRM marketing strategy. Optimising our return on ad spend we leveraged low cost, high engagement video targeting within Facebook to move new customers seamlessly from consideration to purchase. Whilst nurture sequences and segmented retargeting within subscriber emails built lifetime value and maximised further conversion opportunities.

These channels continue to activate both new and existing audiences to become a long-term part of the Housework story.
